Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via SMS/Email, allowing you to track your parcel in real time.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

For lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. To request a return, email us at support@todsntweens.com before sending anything back.

If approved, we’ll share the return label and instructions. Items sent without approval won’t be accepted.

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.

For damaged, defective, or wrong items, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
